Our Approach
To address these challenges, Vistavis implemented a tailored methodology.
Specialist Access Equipment – A combination of mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs) and water-fed pole systems enabled safe access to all required areas.
Pressure Washing – Stonework and cladding were cleaned using controlled pressure washing to remove dirt, grime, and biological staining.
Chemical-Free Window Cleaning – Purified water systems delivered a streak-free finish without chemical runoff, aligning with environmental best practices.
Surface Restoration – White panels were cleaned with non-abrasive solutions to restore brightness without surface damage.
The Result
The project was successfully delivered within the agreed timeframe, despite logistical and environmental challenges. The building’s external surfaces were significantly improved, with visible enhancements to key areas such as discoloured panels and stained stonework.
