Risk Assessments
Under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, the minimum we must do is assess risk as part of the overall process used to control risks in the workplace. However, we go much further than that by using our method statements, risk assessment, company policies, and training programmes to ensure that we don't just meet but exceed our obligations.
Method Statements
The method statement is an effective way of providing information to employees about how we expect work to be carried out and the precautions that should be taken. These are unique to the environment in which they are working, and the type of work being undertaken.
Training
Our teams undergo comprehensive safety training to increase their knowledge and skills for doing a particular job. We don't just cover the basics of health & safety; we also focus on site-specific knowledge to ensure that our staff are safe and that our clients and their customers are also protected when we are working.
