What we do
We strive to deliver individual service lines or bundled solutions tailored precisely to meet business requirements.
Vistavis undertakes all window-cleaning methods, including traditional, reach-and-wash, abseiling, rope access, MEWPs, and cradles. If we can get to them, we can clean them!
We use recycled water wherever possible. We use environmentally friendly detergents in extreme situations but prefer deionised water. Pure tap water contains trace mineral elements which, if not removed from window surfaces, will leave residual spots on cleaned surfaces. Deionised water is mineral free so, provided we agitate (or scrub) the window and rinse thoroughly to remove the dirt, it will dry completely clear!

We can carry out a traditional clean to a small standalone office, or scheduled services to multi site requirements Our experienced office staff, account managers, and operatives have got it covered.
Reach & Wash
Using poles up to 85ft in length, we can reach the 6th floor on most buildings with hard-to-access areas. Our teams are trained in safe operating methods under our health & safety guidelines.
Traditional
You can’t beat the good old hands-on cleaning for lower-level areas. This removes all dirt and grime and is guaranteed to leave glass spotless. Deionised water leaves glass spot free and gleaming.
Abseiling/Rope Access
For high-level work or difficult to reach areas of buildings where leaning out the windows may otherwise be required, we have our in-house fully trained, and certified professional operatives ready and able.
Cradles
We can also do this for you after training on your specific and favoured installed cradle! We would add your training to our method statement as a site-specific requirement and capability.
MEWPs
Many of our operatives are International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) trained. This allows us to undertake work internally or externally using Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP’s) allowing us to access all areas.
